I decided to change my blog a bit. I was fed up with maintaining the site and the Ghost platform, not that it is really hard to maintain, the Ghost project is well documented, but writing blog articles is already tiresome, I don’t want to have to maintain platform as well. It’s not like I’m trying to generate any revenue from it or whatever.
Point is, I don’t want to be depending on a hosted platform like Tumblr or Blogger neither. I like to know that I own my content and that I can easily move it elsewhere when I want. So I dig up a bit in the world of the static site generators and ended up trying Hugo which is a Golang static site generator. It’s fast and working pretty well, so for now I’ll stick to this and migrate my old articles to this new platform.
Sorry if some articles are missing, I’ll try to do my best to run the migration as fast as possible.
